7700 cal = 1 Kg

 

Here is a little info -

 

We, not so active girls, burn around 2000 cal a day. If we consume 1000 x 3 = 3000 cal, we accumulate ~1000 each day.

 

Each 7700 cal translate to 1 Kg. If we keep, 7700 extra calories, we gain 1 Kg. If we burn 7700 extra calories, we get rid of 1 Kg.

 

So, if we have 3 meals like this (Eggs Benedict, sauce ...) we can gain 1 Kg each 7 - 8 days.

 

Our enzymes are vital "machines" to digest food and assimulate to what we need.  Each is made from 40 - 50 different Vitamins and Minerals.  If some elements (parts) are missing, that "machine" wouldn't work. 

 

We need all the vitamins and minerals to ensure that our enzymes work so that we can digest food, build our immune system, burn fat for energy, and build our body.

 

So, balanced and complete nutrition everyday without that extra calories is the best way to live.
